A dinner party last weekend:
The Cocktail: I call it the “Ginger Bulleit”: Bulleit Rye, Ramazzotti, Sweet Vermouth, Ginger beer, garnished with crystallized Ginger slices
My favorite canape: Potato Rösti topped with sour cream, Salmon Roe, and lemon juice.
The Pizza was a Margherita featuring dough from Mimi’s Pizzeria (awesome sourdough), San Marzano Tomatoes, Basil, and fresh Mozz. Baked in a carbon steel Paella pan in a 550 degree oven.
Dessert was home-made chipwiches, but those were devoured before i could shoot them.
